"Dumplings.ru" (previously known as AngMoh Dumplings) is the first Russian cuisine restaurant to fully establish in Singapore with an aim to introduce such uncommon food to the locals as well as cater to the Russian community within the country.

Their specialty - freshly homemade Pelmeni, are western type dumplings with different fillings and are considered "the heart of Russian cuisine". The variety of soups are also popular among locals.
